You Are Permitted To:

You Are Prohibited From:

Posting false, misleading, or fabricated content.
Writing fake or paid reviews in exchange for compensation.
Impersonating any person, business, or entity.
Publishing offensive, inciting, or rights-infringing content.
Using the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes or sending spam.
Attempting to hack, manipulate, or exploit the platform or its systems.
Collecting user data through unlawful means.
Posting harmful links or content containing malicious software.

5. Reviews and Ratings Policy

A. Review Submission Requirements

Your reviews must be based on a genuine personal experience with the business.
Reviews must be objective, honest, and free from hatred or bias.
Publishing personal information of others within reviews is prohibited.
Writing reviews for a business that you own or are employed by is strictly prohibited.

B. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review and remove any review that violates these Terms or our content policy, without obligation to provide reasons for doing so.

6. Intellectual Property

A. Platform Content

All platform content — including logos, designs, text, databases, and software — is the exclusive property of Smart Serve and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Copying, distributing, or using any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

B. User-Generated Content

By publishing any content on the platform (reviews, photos, comments), you grant Smart Serve a non-exclusive license to use and display that content on the platform. Ownership of the content remains with you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Smart Serve is an intermediary platform and is not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by business owners or users.
Published reviews reflect the opinions of their authors and do not represent the position of Smart Serve.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the platform will be free of technical errors at all times.
We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from reliance on information published on the platform.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account in the following circumstances:

Violation of any of these Terms of Use.
Suspected fraudulent or unlawful activity.
Submission of false or misleading information during registration or use.
The user's own request to delete their account.

9. Modifications to Terms
